Welcome to El SOL. By accessing or using our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
1. About El SOL
El SOL operates as an online retailer offering a selection of branded products and other merchandise.
Product names, brand names, logos, photographs, and trademarks displayed on our website belong to their respective owners unless otherwise stated. Their appearance on our website does not necessarily mean that El SOL is affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the relevant brand.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However:
- Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
- Packaging, labels, or minor product details may change from the manufacturer's current version.
- Product availability may change without notice.
- Errors in product descriptions, prices, or availability may occasionally occur.
If a significant error is identified after an order has been placed, we may contact the customer before completing the order.
3. Orders
When you place an order through our website or through another ordering method offered by El SOL, you are making a request to purchase the selected products.
An order is considered confirmed when El SOL confirms the order.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in circumstances including:
- The product is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or listing error
- We are unable to verify the order
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Delivery to the requested location cannot be completed
If an order is cancelled after payment has already been made, any applicable refund will be handled according to the payment method and circumstances of the cancellation.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are the prices applicable at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are separate and may apply.
For deliveries within Lebanon, El SOL currently charges a $5 delivery fee, unless a different delivery charge is specifically communicated before the order is confirmed.
5. Payment Methods
El SOL offers customers different payment options.
Depending on the order and payment arrangement, customers may be able to pay through:
- Whish
- Card payment
- Other payment methods specifically confirmed by El SOL
Whish provides merchant payment services that can allow businesses to accept payments from customers, including through Whish Pay.

For your security, do not send complete card details, CVV codes, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials through ordinary messages.
6. Delivery
Orders within Lebanon are delivered through our delivery partner, Wakilni.
Wakilni provides e-commerce delivery and fulfillment services and states that it delivers across Lebanon. Its current website indicates delivery across Lebanon within approximately 24–72 hours, subject to the destination and delivery circumstances.
The standard delivery fee charged by El SOL is currently $5 throughout Lebanon.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of traffic, weather, customer availability, operational issues, holidays, or circumstances outside El SOL's reasonable control.
7. Product Condition Before Shipping
To provide transparency regarding the condition of products before shipment, El SOL may take photographs or videos of the product before handing the order to the delivery company.
Where applicable, an image of the product may be sent to the customer before shipping.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the product may be documented before shipment for quality-control and order-verification purposes.
8. Returns and Damaged Products
El SOL does not accept returns simply because a customer changes their mind, chooses the wrong product, or no longer wants the product.
Returns are accepted only where the product is damaged or defective due to an issue attributable to El SOL before shipment, subject to the conditions in our Return Policy.
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if they believe there is an issue.
Photographs or videos may be requested to assess the condition of the product.
9. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- Order information
If incorrect information causes a failed delivery or additional delivery attempt, additional charges may apply where applicable.
10. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on the El SOL website, including text, graphics, website design, photographs created by El SOL, logos, and other original materials, may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without permission.
Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Website Availability
We attempt to keep the website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or its services without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, El SOL shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Changes to These Terms
El SOL may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will be published on this page and will apply from the date stated above.
